Senior Consultant in Talent Management

To support our continuous growth, we have positions to be filled in several European countries.

The Senior Consultant role is a key position in our Talent Management organisation, and within each EMEA region having overall responsibility for the design and delivery of the majority of client-facing projects; ensuring profitability, quality and customer satisfaction targets are achieved. The Senior Consultant will have proven subject matter expertise and significant experience in designing solutions in more than one expertise domain, supporting sales by writing proposals and delivering consulting services in the Talent Management area. The position reports directly to a Principal Consultant.

The key responsibility is to profitably lead and/or deliver large and medium scale, strategic client projects and cross-practice projects, in some cases managing a team of consultants. The Senior Consultants, along with consultants, lead the majority of client project delivery.

Our Senior Consultants are eligible to be Global Solution Experts and Regional Champions for Centre of Excellence Capabilities. 
Some job specifics

• Meets personal utilisation targets (typically 60%-70%)
• Delivers outstanding consulting services, through high quality facilitation, coaching, feedback and client interaction
• Understands knowledge of engagement budget and financial implications of engagement and project strategies.
• Designs, and delivers more complex Talent Management client solutions / projects ensuring they achieve targeted results.
• Ensures high-quality engagements are delivered to our clients and flawlessly defines and drives project management plan.
• Develops strong credibility and client relationships at high levels within the client organization.
• Collaborates with Sales teams to demonstrate our capabilities and develop new business
• Coaches, develops team and individual performance in role as engagement leader by providing mentoring, coaching and feedback to project team members as required.
• Complies with relevant reporting systems and core processes such as time sheets, invoicing, writing of proposals, project profitability realisation, Knowledge Management etc where appropriate
