To support our continuous growth, we have positions to be filled in several European countries.
This position is a key leadership position within the Right Management’s Talent Management organization and business, reporting directly to the regional Talent Management Practice Leader. The key responsibility is to profitably sell and grow larger scale, strategic, high level client projects and cross-practice projects, managing and growing a team of consultants.
The process of consulting at a strategic level is delivered by the Principal Consultant as either part of closing the sales or as sold billable activity. Complex or strategically important projects may be lead directly although it is envisaged that project leadership will be passed to Senior Consultants.
This position is expected to collaborate with closely with the Career Management and Sales team within the region to help meet regional goals applying a collaborative selling approach.
As a thought leader within the firm, the position also requires partnering with colleagues across regional boundaries to share intellectual property and best practices in order to meet our goal of being the leading global provider of integrated Talent Management solutions.
As a leader in our global Talent Management practice, Principal Consultants are involved in key global meetings and initiatives.

Achieves personal business development targets through use of Solution Selling methodology.

Spends 60-70 % of available time dedicated to sales / business development.

Meets personal consulting targets in high added value consulting delivery (20%-30%)

Builds strong client relationships, at C-Level, as an indispensable partner and trusted adviser in Talent Management solutions

Manages team members’ productivity, contribution and professional development

Contributes to the strategic account management activities on named accounts / specific sectors, in partnership with the Key account managers.

Formalizes network within the client organization at all levels focusing on C suite, to bring Talent Management solutions to the market

Profitably lead and deliver large scale, strategic, high level client projects and cross-practice projects, managing a team of consultants
